Cancellation Before Shipment:

If your order has not yet shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

Orders That Have Already Shipped:

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. At that point, it will be considered a return, and our standard return policy will apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For more details, please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy .
