Automatic Waterer Parts has collected a series of questions that are frequently asked of our online store.
What payment options do you offer?
Automatic Waterer Parts accepts all major credit cards, Paypal, digital payments, checks, Shop Pay and money orders. Payment in the form of check or money order is also accepted however the order will be delayed until the check clears the through the bank.
What do I need to do if I am tax-exempt?
We currently charge sales tax in the following states: Connecticut, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, South Dakota, Florida, and Wyoming. If you are shipping to one of these states and are tax-exempt, please provide us with a valid tax exemption form. You can email a copy to info@petecosupply.com
What is your return policy?
A return authorization number is required when returning an item. All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and returned in clean, salable condition. Special order items are not refundable. Items returned in an unsatisfactory condition may be subject to a restocking fee. Refunds are for the cost of product only. Please call us or send an email to info@petecosupply.com to obtain your authorization number.

How will my order ship?
Your order will ship via the method chosen at checkout, most likely UPS or USPS. Sometimes we do not have a product in stock and will need to drop ship it to you directly from our vendor.
What is shipping cost?
For accurate shipping, add the items you are interested in purchasing to your cart and enter your address. You will be provided with accurate shipping cost based off of your address.
When will my order ship?
In stock orders ship in 1 day or less (excluding holidays). In most cases, orders placed during normal business hours will ship same day. Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will ship the following Monday or business day if a holiday falls on that day. If your order is going to be delayed for any reason, we will contact you.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Yes. Select USPS at checkout.
Where is Automatic Waterer Parts located?
We are located in the Black Dirt Capitol of the World, Conrad, IA. However, we are not a storefront. We are a warehouse that ships only.
