This items is a 10-pack of the Brower Manufacturing replacement Adjust Screw for the float and valve. Made of heavy duty Poly and used to connect the Monticello valve or VP2 Valve and float with the variety of valve arm replacements. 

For the VA4 and VA6 valve arms, two adjust screws will be needed.
