The EcoFount 1 Ritchie waterer is a top-tier heated, energy-efficient automatic waterer designed to keep your livestock hydrated all winter. To ensure optimal performance, maintaining a functional heating system is essential.

This Heat Package Includes:

• 1 Heater: 120V, 125W (#14150) to provide consistent warmth under the stainless steel trough.
• 1 Cable Heater: (#13830) to protect the valve and water supply line from freezing.
• 1 Disc Thermostat: (#11885) with a temperature range of 55-65°F (not preset at the factory) for automatic heat regulation.

How It Works:
The 120V heater is mounted under the stainless steel trough for direct heat coverage, preventing freezing in critical areas. The cable heater provides additional protection to the valve and water supply line. All heating elements are controlled by the disc thermostat, which regulates temperature and activates the system only when needed, maximizing efficiency and reliability.
